Dhaka, July 3, 2017: The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IFIC Bank Limited was held on Monday (03 July 2017) at Officers’ Club in Bailey Road in Dhaka.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Salman F Rahman presided over the meeting.
IFIC Bank Directors Mr. Monirul Islam, Mr. Jalal Ahmed, Mr. A.R.M. Nazmus Sakib, Ms. Quamrun Naher Ahmed and Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mr. Shah A Sarwar were, among others, present in the meeting.
A good number of Shareholders of the Bank attended the meeting. They approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 and 12% Stock Dividend for the shareholders.
The Chairman concluded the meeting by expressing the hope that the four decades-old organisation will continue to grow with sincere efforts of all concerned.
