Dhaka, 24th June 2018: The 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IFIC Bank Limited was held today (Sunday) at Officers’ Club in Bailey Road in Dhaka.
Presided over by Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Salman F Rahman, the meeting was attended, among others, by Directors of the Bank Mr. Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury, Mr. Jalal Ahmed, Mr. A.R.M. Nazmus Sakib, Ms. Quamrun Naher Ahmed, Ms Rabeya Jamali and Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mr. Shah A Sarwar.
In presence of a good number of Shareholders of the Bank, the meeting approved the audited financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2017 and 12% Stock Dividend for the shareholders.
Referring to the interest rates, Mr. Salman F Rahman said despite different challenges, IFIC Bank is doing well with innovative services and products. He concluded the meeting by expressing the hope that the organisation will continue to grow with sincere efforts of all concerned.
