July 4th, 2019: IFIC Bank Limited has held it's Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IFIC Bank Limited today (Thursday) at Officers’ Club in Bailey Road in Dhaka.
Presided over by Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Ahmed Shayan Falzur Rahman, the meeting was attended, among others, by Directors of the Bank Ms.RabeyaJamali, Mr. Jalal Ahmed, Mr. A.R.M. Nazmus Sakib, Mr. Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury, Ms. Quamrun Naher Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank Mr. M Shah A Sarwar and Company Secretary Mr. Md. Mokammel Hoque.
In presence of a good number of Shareholders of the Bank, the AGM approved the audited financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2018 and 10% Stock Dividend for the shareholders where the EGM approved the Rights Shares at 1R:1.
Referring to the different challenges and solving issues Mr. Ahmed Shayan Fazlur Rahman concluded both of the meeting by expressing the hope that the organization will continue to growth with sincere efforts of all concerned.
